Great quote for pricing. Quickly came to perform work. They missed a few areas that was supposed to be insulated but once informed they came back to fix the mistakes. All exterior walls and attic space of a 3 family property was insulated.

All I needed was a 3' piece of gutter with a downspout. No takedown of any old gutter or downspout needed. The charge of $450 was extremely high for such a small job. The company was local (same town). I was led to believe that the job itself would be ~$150, ...$200 max, but the minimum amount that could be charged via HomeAdvisor was $300. My schedule did not allow time to get other bids, and I needed this gutter. My card was charged the $450. The crew of two were here for about 45 minutes. Not happy about the cost, and do not believe the work and materials should have come with such a high price tag.

They scheduled me 3-4 weeks out, but the price was good so I decided to wait. They charged my card right away for 1/3 of the total price. Sure, why not. The sales guy speaks English, can text, and is good to deal with. When time came to install the gutters, they did not show up, They blamed it on recent rains. Took a few more days. Finally two guys showed up who barely spoke English and were rude. These installers said they were on vacation (or maybe I misunderstood). Fine! They installed 2 downspouts (both wrong places) at the front of the house. Drilled a bunch of holes in my trim, then left before I came back from work. I think they were there for about 2 hours and did a bunch of damage to my trim. They came back the following day and when I told them the downspouts are in the wrong place, the guys were rude and tried to intimidate me with a lot of handwaving with close physical contact and yelling. I did not want to deal with that so I sent them home and told them not to come back again. The company did refund my deposit the next day, but I've now wasted about 5-6 weeks and they clearly don't know what they are doing.
