Adrian, Gabe, and Jay were very kind, considerate, and professional. They went well above and beyond! They were quick , efficient, and followed all our request. We would recommend them and their company very highly to anyone.

I am 74 and have moved all over the country and to Hawaii and back. With every move, there was something broken or damaged, and several times there were issues with charges. Then comes Jordan River Moving & Storage. I decided to move back to Northern California from Portland, Oregon. I used Home Advisor to find a new moving company that I hoped would prove to be better than all those I had moved with in the past. Not only was Jordan River's customer service incomparable (thank you Danielle!), the price was reasonable, and the move was unbelievable. A crew of three arrived at my house, including the person who was going to be delivering my furniture. They also brought the truck in which my things would delivered with, which meant no worries about transferring the goods. When the truck arrived at my new residence, it was 104 degrees. There were just two men and I thought "they will never be able to get this done without a lot of breaks." Nope. They worked quickly and efficiently to get everything into my new home. They unpacked and took away the boxes that were theirs. After unpacking, I realized that absolutely NOTHING was broken or damaged (and I had packed most everything myself). First time EVER. I cannot stress what a great company this is. I'm hoping not to ever move again, but if I do, I certainly know whom I will call!

Good: The movers move! they know how to hustle while caring for our things. They efficiently packed the truck as well. Bad: They showed up several hours late and it was a bit of a bummer because it threw off the whole plan. However, They do work hard!

Arrived on time ready to work. Knew what they were doing and went about the work quickly. I will hire them again.

I hired them to move me from 2 storage units into a house. They completed the work in half the estimated time and did an awesome job! No damage, nothing lost.
