Had a few pieces of siding blow off in a wind storm, I purchased the siding and called them to come out and install it. For $85, it was well worth it! Nice guys and the new siding blends in perfectly with the rest of the house.

A new garage was added to my property along with the existing garage turned into a family room. Both projects were completed in a timely fashion. Any changes were addressed with my builder and done to my satisfaction without any problems or inconvenience. My garage was built just as I had envisioned with special details by JustRtime to see that the new garage kept in reguards to matching colors of the existing house so everything matched. My family room was constructed so that I have a large well insulated room for me to enjoy and work on all my crafts. I plan to use Michael Rogers ( builder) again in the spring for a future project for my sons home.

Very easy to work with. Went out of their way to schedule work around tenant. They were also fast and got the job done in a very timely manner. This work involved removing old concrete and tile shower from a 2nd floor bathroom, and installing a new fiberglass unit in an odd-sized space, as well as fixing leaking fixtures.

They did a very through job including rebuilding a flower shelf and reinforcing some rotten wood. The group was very courteous and will be returning to complete an additional project
