Mr. Justice was extremely professional and thorough. His review of the property at the end of his examination was comprehensive. He divided his comments into major issues and minor issues. He written report included detailed descriptions and photographs. Greg discovered two major issues that we didn't notice while touring the home. If we had purchased the house would have incurred repair costs in excess of tens of thousands of dollars. We passed on the house but will certainly call Greg again when we find the next one.
