We hired Eric for some major excavation, plus fill in a small pond and move a shed. The excavation should have taken 1 to 2 weeks, it took 6. He worked 3 hours a day if he worked that day. All the slope was supposed to be sent to the East away from the house and 4 inches below the top of the sidewalk. The bill was $15K, the water runs toward the house, the dirt still comes over the sidewalk. We had an extremely heavy rain one week after what he called a completed job, he came down dumped gravel over the problem, as we stood in disbelief, and drove off. We have tried to reach him several times since. We contacted Angie list, which is where HE FOUND US. Beware, he has ghosted us, ignored us, his warranty is worth nothing, he never showed insurance paperwork We asked for. We are needing to hire someone else to come fix his screw ups, and have requested a refund of half the money. He filled in to pond, and moved the shed ( tore up the roof doing it and quite a bit of damage to the shed, which the roof is another cost we have occurred because of his half done job. To this day he still hasn't contacted us again, nor refunded any of our money. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE HIS SERVICES. He will make all the promises in the world, but proper follow through and warranties are not worth the paper they are written on. There is a good chance a second contractor will be needed to fix the many issues left behind. Very frustrating ð and not worth putting all our savings into.

We were very disappointed with the work Eric did. We hired him to add dirt around our foundation and extend the downspouts under ground. The areas he agreed to do were only half done and he only brought half the dirt needed for the job. Plus the dirt smelled like manure and was rocky and clumpy. When he was done he left so many ruts in yard that we had to hire another contractor to bring in more dirt and to fix all the ruts. Eric ghosted us after he got his payment and we asked him to address our concerns. Would not recommend him.

Eric did a fantastic job! Eric is a great dependable guy! I requested a quote from him and he was at my home the next day with an affordable price and did quality work. In just 3 hours he completed landscaping and leveling for us. We were so happy with him we asked him to give us a quote for another project! Highly recommend!

Professional work performed in a timely manner. Great attention to detail and an obvious sense of pride taken in their work.

Eric definitely knows what he is doing. I am VERY happy with the results. He is easy to work with and has very high standards. He is a perfectionist and it shows . He charged exactly what his estimate was and no more. I will hire him again when I need something else done.

I can't say enough great things about Eric and his work. He is very easy to work with and took great care to listen to what we wanted and how to best achieve it while staying within our budget. He ensured that we were completely satisfied with the results of our project and went above and beyond our expectations. We were so pleased that we extended our project into re-doing our adjacent shed. And again, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would definitely use Eric again. He is a conscientious worker; he is timely in his responses; he is friendly and customer oriented.

I highly recommend KC Casa Renovations! Eric is a great person to work with. . He does exactly what he says & doesn't stop till you are 100% satisfied. He was the only company who would do the entire job. He is talented beyond landscaping & has great suggestions with that. When I have other jobs, he will be my first call!

Eric went above and beyond. He took of what we need fixed and saw another problem that we were going to have and fixed it too. Eric will be our go to guy when we need work done.

He needed paid weekly. As the project went on he kept claiming he had done the hard part and that he did floors and trim all the time. It would take him no time. He ended up using up all the money and the change order money and then quit. He had used up all the money and did not finish the job. I have a copy of his estimate and copies of the checks we paid him. He would not break down the projects so we could see the job was getting off track.
