I Really wanted to love this business. The project management and work were inferior quality. They did not consistently show up on time. There were warning signs, being he was an hour late to meet us for the job quote. They were very unorganized. They wasted paint on my porch, which they did power wash off. The walls are streaky due to needing extra coat. I told KG and his response was "Oh, your walls are really thirsty." Two days later, he came back and hurriedly applied another coat and after the walls dried, I am still seeing streaks. My windowsills and top of my mantle are gritty. He partially re-sanded the sills and did not address the mantle, then said he had to go pick up his kid and would return in about an hour. Again, there was wasted paint on my driveway and on my newly installed concrete slab, which he didnâ t power wash. Three hours passed and no KG. I called and I never got a response from KG until seven days later, with an excuse of losing my husbandâ s contact information. As I continue to examine my floors, windows, walls, and doors that were taped and covered, I notice there are random paint drops on my carpet and paint drops from wall paint on my floor baseboards. Also, there is visible old paint in some spots on ceiling. They neglected to paint the top of trim above door frames and the paint lines between walls and baseboards and walls and door frames are jagged. The doorknobs and door hardware have overspray on them, and I am continuously finding issues that they should have addressed. Also, a liquid was spilled on my stained island wall, causing discoloration and KG denied using anything that would cause is, even though it was not there before he started his work. Finally, after KG reconnected with my husband, KG said he could correct the issues, but we would have to buy the supplies. Originally, he quoted me a price for the job with and without paint, both jobs included â prepping all areas that could be affected by overspray, filling any holes on the walls, caulking any negative spaces on the baseboards, and painting 2 colors ceiling, walls, and trim.â We chose the quote with paint included. He used the excuse of him under quoting us on the job and he really did not make any money from our job. While doing the job, he did ask what the highest quote was we received, and I believe he used that as a basis for him feeling like he under quoted us for the job. I thought it was proper to get multiple quotes and decide which is best for you. Regardless of his under quoting and other personal issues I cannot understand how now we are responsible for the materials for him to fix his work. He states, â My work is backed by my integrity and a 3-month guarantee. Please let me know if you have any questions.â I have found that trying to communicate with this business is like waiting on important lab results. Sadly, we chose this company based on mostly KGâ s believability and the 3 â 4 reviews on Facebook. Hopefully, the company gets better with time. I hate I had to experience them now. I would not recommend this company.

Uh... arent you supposed to start with CLEANING the surfaces to be prepped and painted? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF WORK. I would NOT Recommend this level of quality for the money!

These people are not professionals. They come and talk to you but do not do the work correct. They told me they were going to spray one time and do 3 coats of painting. There is missed spots and the paint is chipping now. They did not use the paint i requested. I requested the paint with the primer mixed in. They used a white paint and a midnight blue paint but neither of them had primer mixed in with them.
