The team was very proactive and responsive. They got the pre-wiring done on short notice, and I can't wait to have them install the speakers once the house is ready for that stage.

Dave did a very good job in explaining what would need to be done and how Karbon could do it. Customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated them squeezing my job in when they (I assume) had a cancellation on another job. The only minor issue I had was that it was not explained clearly to me how the electrical connection would be made. I would have preferred that the new electrical receptacle that Karbon installed was placed adjacent to the new HDMI panel, rather than adjacent to the existing power outlet. I think it would have made for a cleaner look. While this is small , I think the installation techs should have caught this
