Called for what I thought was a failed pump. They came out next day and determined pump was good and problem was with a failed splice in the wiring between house and pump - and walked me through how to fix it (I am quite comfortable working with electricity). It took two days of digging but the fix was very simple - replaced the buried power cable. Well worth the reasonable charge for the service call. Thanks Keller Well Drilling!

Said they would be there at 9am. He was 10 minutes early and a new pump was installed by 9:30. Price was very reasonable.

They were here first thing Monday. Didn't try to sell us a huge job. Even asked about things we may have noticed, which we had. Replaced a part which took about an hour. No problems.

Had a well problem late in the day but Keller had a technician at my home within an hour. He got service restored same day. Had another problem overnight and Keller had another tech here and completed that repair in a couple of hours. Thanks for the prompt response and commitment to make sure job was completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend Keller to anyone.
