Mark was constantly in contact with me updating me.Whenever I called him he was quick to get back to me.

I hired Mark (Ketchen Building & Remodeling) after another contractor left with the job barely started. Mark rebuilt an outside pool shower that had rotted. His crew installed a cement block and river rock flooring; replaced the pool house rotted threshold and corner board. The new material I requested was cedar and it came out a work of art! The crew always left the site neat and my property respected at the end of every day's work. Mark is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with and thoughtful about creating the best outcome. While he was working here, I noticed that some roof shingles had come up on the garage and asked him to address that issue which he did and secured them. We hired Mark to do a complete bathroom remodeling. Very early on, Mark committed to a timeline (4 weeks) that he respected. He advised us where we could choose the bathroom features (Frank Webb), and tiles. We gave him the list, he ordered and picked up everything. Mark and his crew showed up on time for the demolition, and the schedule of the Tiles, electrician, plumber, painter, and inspector was all organized. He took care of everything. We only had to be around to answer some simple layout questions. We had a couple of minor bumps during the project (as expected), and Mark quickly found solutions and took care of them. Markâ s crew is very competent and the quality of their work is impressive. Moreover, they are very polite and respectful, making the whole experience painless and pleasant. I recommend Mark's team, they are a bit more expensive but the quality of the work and the stress-free experience for a renovation is well worth it.

Marc was very particular, managed his employees well and took over if there was something he thought needed his expertise. Marc responded after the Oct norâ easter in a couple of hours and completed the work very timely. I will hire Marc again and highly recommend.

They were quick and professional (arrived on time, did what they said they would do, cleaned up promptly, etc.) and came in at the low end of their estimate. I especially liked how Mark discussed different options for fixing our trim.

What I appreciated the most about working with this company and the owner Mark, was that he has a lot of experience, he knows how an entire house should be built. I've found this really helpful whenever we have an issue with a house, be it an issue with a leaky roof, a door, etc. He knows of many ways to fix issues, and about using different techniques and materials. He has been really helpful. And I appreciate his work!
