The Heat Wave hit LA and my AC went out on the same day! Woodland Hills has the hottest temperatures in LA and that's where I live. The repairman came over within hours and performed much needed regular services ie cleaning, new fuses, etc. as well as fixing the broken part that I could see was defective. The best part about calling Homeadvisor is the speed I got the repair completed. My wife was happy to come home after work to a COOL house! Thanks!

Excellent, personal service. The gentleman was honest, fair, and had our best interest in mind. He fixed our air conditioner without trying to push me into any unnecessary costs. He was great.

Kelley hustled over the very morning I called before his busy day began. We had not met before then. He quickly defined the problem after eliminating collateral issues. I liked the way he handled his tools and wasn't surprised when I found out he owned the business due to his focus and professionalism.

Heating and Air work is always overpriced. Have yet to find anyone that charges a fair price, everything is inflated from what it should cost.

Was the only one who actually got on roof and looked at heating unit. He got the heating unit working after 4 other companies told us it was too old too fix and to buy a new heater. Not one of these others bothered to get on the roof and actually look at the unit. When I do replace the unit it will be Key who gets my business. Very professional, fairly priced, and actually does repair work. I'd hire him again no question.

Kelly Wageman was, quite simply, phenomenal. We'd had an Econo-Air service repairman come out and look extensively at our unit, concluding that it was in such bad shape (and installed in '98) , that he would have to call his supervisor to come out and look at it, with a probable outcome of having to replace the entire system--over $10,000. My wife got on line to servicemagicpro and contacted Kelly at Key Heating/Air Conditioning--within a half hour (a night call) he was out from far away in the valley, diagnosed the problem, had replaced THE PART (one part!), which was in his car, and charged us only $310 for the part and $89 for the servic
