I rated everything 0.5 because it wouldnt allow me to put 0. The service was terrible, the movers who came to move my things were unprofessional and rude. I told them to be mindful of the space because I didnt want to go over what I was paying for he told me dont worry about it as long as I tip them good. After they finished the main guy ASKED me for a tip and before I could say anything of give anything he said ok see your stuff in Florida, I was moving to South Carolina. When my things finally got to me things were damaged and intentionally cut. They even tried to charge me more than what my balance was.

I earnestly believe they hire people to write their reviews because there is no way that this can be the same company that I hired but never got to use because they walked off the job after demanding twice the price we agreed upon. After talking with other moving companies I learned that this tactic is called a bait and switch - they quote one price to you but doctor up the paperwork that you don't get to see. This is the paperwork that they give to the movers. So they show up with a completely different print out other than what you received and quote you a different price. I even called the manager whom I felt I had established good communication with and he denied everything even down to how many times we spoke on the phone. So, they walked off the job saying they were going downstairs to wait to speak to their manager. This place has so many tricks up their sleeve and apparently do this often after speaking to a reputable company whom confirmed they often have to clean up after them. Just STAY AWAY!!!!! There was so much more that happened but it would be too much more to type. If you do decide to use them please make sure that you have a back up and a big brawly male with you.

Dina. I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. We've been in business since 2003 under the same ownership and we pride ourselves on our accomplishment and overall reviews. My understanding is that on moving day you had significantly more items to move that you initially indicated to us. We offered to honor the price we provided you (and move the items you indicated to us that needs to be moved) and accomplish the move on the same day but we weren't able to move the large amount of additional items at the same cost. The service would have taken significantly longer time. Key Moving.

Good boys, worked well. Manager wanted to charge me additional "travel time." However I did not pay as I felt it was not justifiable.

Very professional, and the movers were courteous and efficient. My move involved a drop off at two locations and they were handled without a hitch. All of the work was completed in a day to my satisfaction.

They have pretty strict business hours- it's hard to get ahold of someone after 5pm, even if your project ends after that time. They billed us twice for the work, which ended up being much more than they had quoted at $560- ended up paying a bit over $1000 (we didn't even buy the non-included packaging materials). They damaged multiple walls and furniture, they do have a policy for reimbursement, but I honestly don't want to deal with the company again. Moving is never easy and a lot of this was expected, however I had honestly thought I was going to get better service.

MOVERS THEMSELVES WERE GREAT BUT HAD SOME DIFFICULTY IN DEALING WITH OFFICE STAFF IN COORDINATING AND SCHEDULING MOVE. THANK GOD FOR PEDRO, HE KEPT ME SANE. OVERALL, THEY WERE VERY GOOD. JUST SO YOU KNOW THEY CHARGE A 3% FEE FOR PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF UNTIL AFTER MOVING AND PAYING THE FINAL BILL.
