Multiple delays and last minute rescheduling caused inconvenience. Maybe it was unavoidable. Service seemed costly and it turned out he could have told us over the phone how to fix the problem ourselves by trying a few simple things. Then, if those things didn't work, he could have come out and provided service. Instead, he came out, did some simple things, and charged the full service fee. No ethics violations - just, not an overall great feeling...

"A service tech does not answer the phone.The scheduler answers the phone and notes the problem and sends the tech out. I am glad that they now have a working fireplace."

Randy was very freindly and proffesional. Although unable to fix my gas fireplace, he helped diagnose the problem and gave me a reference for a plumber to fix the main problem, the gas line. Would recommend to anyone searching for a fireplace service pro.

Fair friendly and fairly knowledgable of the situation in my gas firplace. It took a couple of visits to fix the problem which cost and extra $150 service call which seems a bit steep, it should have been an extension of a previous call which would have cost $90/ hr.

I have two Gas heaters which needed a check out and adjustment to flame and although Randy did not have direct experience with the specific models he was able to check them out and make corrections as needed in a short period of time.

They seem knowledgeable, but I gave them the information on my heater, model/manufacturer and when they came out they informed me they never carried parts for my heater and without even touching my heater told me what part I needed to order. They could have done the same over the phone and saved me $150.00, which was the charge for the visit. Had they done that I would have ordered in the parts and THEN had them come out. Instead I have ordered the parts and plan on installing them myself. Again, very pleasant and well informed over all, but I was not, on reflection, very happy with how it all went down.

"It is silly to think we can just look at a gas fireplace and say,oooooooo thats what wrong.With that said ,the service tech did his diagnosis on the unit and told the customer what was wrong.The tech even gave him the number to call to get the part and told him how to put in.Money well spent i think!!!!!!!!!!"
