On Oct. 18, 2022, we had a Bosch Heating and Air Unit installed. We have had to call this company about the system not working 4 times and it has not been 2 months. We have asked for a Supervisor the past 2 times and have been told both times that they are unavailable. We told them that we have our 85-year-old Grandmother here and they told us the earliest they have an opening is this evening. So we will have to go and get another means of heating her room after already paying on this 18,470 dollar Unit. Not to mention my husband is a disabled Veteran and we both have Arthritis that is worsened by the cold. When we told Leon the owner that they had been out 5 times, he corrected us and said, no we have been there 4 times! I guess that makes this situation better, not to mention the inconvenience. He had no problem showing up the day it was installed, but now when we ask for a Supervisor to come out and troubleshoot they are too busy. He also told us We can go to someone else, So our next step is to go to the news. I am extremely disappointed because they were recommended by a friend and acted as if they were such a concerned business before we signed the contract. The guys that have come out have been nice and courteous, but this Unit is not working properly and for an Owner or Supervisor not to be concerned enough after 4 Service Calls on a Brand New Unit is troublesome. I can guarantee they have not slept in a freezing house with an already sick Grandmother.

This company is the best thing since electricity. Cody Smithwick was the best tech anyone could get. The was polite and hardworking. Customer service is stellar and very nice. They seen me same day as my issue. Best experience in repair I have ever had. Price and work quality was truly amazing. This company is the company your grandparents use to talk about. When my grandpa use to say companies use to care. Well Iâ  ve finally found that company that cares. My grandpa would love this company because of the passion and quality they give customers. 100 out of 100 for customer service and the technician Cody Smithwick.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed in replacing my unit. Not only that, I am pleased by the level of courtesy this company has provided every step of the way. They took the time to explain options and were extremely knowledgeable in the field. The customer service from the first call was outstanding. The highlights for my husband was the dedication to service members/veterans as well as the American made product.
