I am a first time home buyer here and I needed a certified home inspector. Let me tell you something, from the first time I spoke with him, he was very professional. When he was done with the inspection, he then pulled me aside to discuss things about the property and he was sure to take pictures so that he could show me exactly what he was referring too. Not only did I love him but so did the family I bought the house from and they were sure to get his information so they could use him at their new property. so genuine and so thorough. I am wishing I could give him 10 stars! I will definitely be hiring him again (If we ever buy another home) Also, His pricing was one of the most fair and affordable that we could find in our area!!

This company had the best rate of all the companies I contacted, and was available within a few days to do the inspection. He was very thorough and took a lot of pictures. The report was ready by the end of the day, was detailed, and included pictures for areas of concern. I would definitely use him again.

I originally contacted 4 different inspectors for a quote and after 3 days none of them had replied. Then I found King Home Inspections on home advisor. Within only 30 minutes he had called with a quote! I was very impressed with how professional and polite Tim was. His quote was extremely competitive and he was available to do the job within a couple days! He showed up on time and did a thorough general inspection. That night I had the report and it was very informative and complete. Overall I am extremely happy with Tim's work! He has exceptional communication throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend him.
