They way overcharged for simple things... they told us we needed things we did not and charged a fortune for these things... they were very nice and polite but I felt like I got conned. Then they set us up on a maintenance program and never returned.

All the telephone calls were awful. Jesse had no uniform, no logo on his car and could not fix the issue and charged me $312. Gave excuses for 3 different appointment and he was a nice guy but did not help me. Hands me a business card with a different company name dealing with AC and Heating and I need my dishwasher fixed.

I was given a quote over the phone. I asked if that would also be applied for the payment or part of the payment. The answer was yes. Once the job was done I was given the cost. I wasn t told there was a flat fee on the service. That was my only disappointment.

THEY WERE QUICK AND FAST, THEY USUALLY DO AIR CONDITIONING UNITS, BUT THEY HELPED ME WITH DRYER CLEANING AND CHECKING UP MY WASHER. AFTER I HIRED THEM, I CHECKED AROUND AND FELT I PAID A LITTLE EXTRA THAN THE USUAL SERVICE WOULD CHARGE. I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE BUT!

They are dishonest and provided poor service. Basically they couldn't even finish my project and refused to give me a refund. Not even thinking about the maintenance what they promised. Walk away from these people!
