I called & talked with Jessie at the beginning of this week. He quoted me a very fair service fee. I booked an appointment for the next day. Aaron the technician arrived , got up on the 2nd level roof top of my house .He checked out the AC compressor (which is over 7+ years old and needs to be replaced). He told what I can do to patch the issue and / or my options to replace the AC unit). Kingo didn't try to pressure / nor up sell me on extra services /a new unit /new equipment / maintenance plans /etc. Aaron KNOWS HVAC - and he clearly explained everything that he did and what needs to be done with my HVAC system. He gave me an invoice which reflected the exact price I was initially quoted. He explained my choices of new 3 ton roof top AC units and the price ranges. ( You get what you pay for . ) I'd recommend Kingo with a 5 star rating.
