Carlos and his lawn techs arrived promptly and immediately started work on my yard , first edging then mowing and weeding . They finished back and front in less than 45 minutes , used the blower to remove debris and left. I am a big fan of a fast and efficient crew that communicates with each other while they work. It is my humble pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for LGGI Maintenance & Landscaping. In 2020, I sought out the services for lawn care as my daily life became very busy. I read through multiple reviews on Yelp and contacted several 4+ star companies. Our yard was challenging as it was very littered with rocks, trees, and shrubs. Carlos came out and provided a very reasonable estimate. Over the next years, my wife and I began to transform the landscape by removing trees and other obstacles. Carlos inquired about the changes and offer his assistance. I presented him a design of what I hoped the landscape would be, and he offered to take on the challenge. During the transformation, we encountered a few surprises, like the basement being flooded and a door needing to be replaced. Carlos again offered his assistance and restored the foundation, provided new drain passages away from the home and upgrading the door. Upon seeing how well he and his crew worked, we expanded the landscape project into a wrap around deck and front porch. As the new look took shape, Carlos would check in with me about what I might be thinking next and whether or not I would like to have more assistance in bringing my vision to life. Each time, we would discuss the feasibility of the design, what might be a better option, and timeframes of completion. True to his word, he met budget constraints, time constraints, and design preferences. Carlos and his crew again offered support in transforming the inside of the home to match the newly landscaped and curb appeal of the outside. We walked through the designs I had laid out for the basement and main floor. Carlos provided his expertsâ input on how to make this vision come to life, and once again, he met budget constraints, time constraints, and design preferences. Family, friends, and neighbors all watched in amazement at how efficiently and attentively Carlos and his crew worked. They all asked for his contact information now wanting their dreams and visions to come true. I will miss having a trusted contractor assist me in my next visions. Who knows, maybe I can convince him to come down south to embark on a new adventure with me as I transform our new forever home. We hired LGGI Maintenance to remove poison ivy/ cut back bamboo in our yard and the work is great. I had a written, reasonably priced quote within 72 hours of my post, and all communication scheduling the job was quick and courteous. Before leaving , the crew checked in to be sure the work met our expectations. Our yard looks incredible. We would definitely hire LGGI Maintenance again in the future.
