Luke Kleine is the owner of the company, he showed up for the first site evaluation and budgetary estimation. Luke came on time, he was very courteous, professional and willing to meet the project needs. He provided a verbal budgetary estimation that was very reasonable and we shock hands on it. The job consisted of installing a ceiling track for a privacy curtain. Luke came again to visit the site a few days later to meet the owner of the boutique, and offered a few technical solutions that were accepted. The execution of the job was scheduled in the evening due to the fact that customers were expected in the boutique until 6:30. Luke and helper came on time, did the job efficiently and of high quality. At the end of the job they cleaned the job site properly. Overall, I was very pleased with he performance of LK property Services, and I would recommend them highly.
