The owner has a terrible attitude. When asking a simple question about front windows being streaked via text, she immediately became annoyed and told me that she did not want to argue about windows, when there was no argument, just a question. Be aware that the owner appears cordial in the beginning, but after the work is done, is very rude and cares nothing about customer service. As a paying customer, you should be able to ask any questions you want. I never once hinted or said I would not pay the bill, but she immediately jumped to conclusions and started harassing me by text and with threats of taking me to court and sending a sheriff. She was paid 30 minutes after the job was completed.

I hired her to clean gutters in our New Albany home, which she did not complete. When asked for her to come back out to finish the job, she seemed annoyed and bothered when she returned. She still did not clean out all of the gutters and claimed she could not reach certain areas. You would think a professional gutter cleaner would have all of the tools necessary to complete the job. We will not be recommending her.
