Overall, the quality of work was very good. We were quoted a reasonable price for the project and Land Bank Builders stayed within that budget. We get compliments on all the work that they performed in our new kitchen.

Great Company and People: We have been with Land Bank Builders & Associates since 2005 and have never regretted that decision. Since recently updating our home and building a deck it has increased the value of our homes dramatically! THANK YOU for the awesome new addition & the great deck, and as always, the services you offer... I would refer you guys to anybody because of the great customer service and pricing. We have had an excellent experience with Land BankBuilders & Associates Construction so far. We have completed the design phase and we are excited to be moving forward with construction. They are thorough and responsive. They have insightful advice and they did a great job of really listening to what we wanted. They guide you through every step and make an overwhelming process stress-free. We highly recommend!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY- I hired this company to complete renovations of my home. They began demolition and their workers left my home wide open resulting in a theft at my home. I notified the project manager who said it was my fault for not removing the 800 lb playset for the yard. The project manager stated that he did not have insurance for theft and refused to file a police report on the matter. My project was an insurance job due to a vehicle accident. The project manager charged me $2000.00 for permits when I later found out only cost $520.00 when I requested a receipt from the City to provide to my insurance. I filed a complaint with the City Building Department due to their poor work quality, negligence, and price gouging. One of their representatives was in the office attempting to get a refund from the permit price despite my insurance paying for it. This is a total lack of integrity! Finally, despite the dumpster that was onsite; Land Bank Builders left the materials from their demolition all over my yard. They did not clean-up behind themselves and they damaged personal property on site. My neighbor informed me that they returned to the house and broke in through the boarded up area.
Response by Land Bank Builders and Associates, Inc.: Our team had a bad feeling about this client from the start. Once we realized what she was trying to do we would have no parts of it. The client seemed to bait us into an already 2year existing fight with her insurance company. For clarity we had no contract with the insurance company only with the client. However, the insurace was a primary source of compensation. After signing an agreement and as we were completing demo she puts a playset in the garage which required all items to be removed from. Within this same garage she has a luxury car, which she accused a previous contractor of removing expensive rims from. Our guys insist they secured the home after each departure. Just so happens she calls us over and says her home was left open, then conveniently points out an 800lb playset is missing that could have been put in storage for safe keeping, especially after rims from a jaguar had been stolen from the same garage. She suggests we must file a claim with our insurance even after she was required to have all valuables removed, because the top of the garage would be open for a brief period. Note: the playset had been replaced by her insurance once before, plus nothing else had been stolen from the home except this item that just arrived once we began work. At this point we back away. We sent someone over to clean the yard and restack wood for her future use and here she accuses us of returning to break in. In addition, we attempt to have ourselves removed from the permit downtown, she accuses us of seeking a refund. The price for the permits was gestimated and would have been near the guess after included all other trades, but it was reduced to a lower amount due to permits pulled from previous contractor. Upon conclusion, we offered to refund the client in full losing completely on this job, but once we decided to pay it back to the insurance company instead, she stormed out of our office with threats. We operate with the highest of integrity and take false statements about us very seriously. As soon as we saw through her nefarious efforts we had to dissolve the contract.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
They do a great job. They did some remodeling work for me and everything turned out looking great. I would be happy to recommend them. The work was also done in a timely manor and they stayed on budget. Nana Pearl's Palace

Project: Build an Addition
We had a challenging project, and I had been through several contractors, and there were major issues with this home. Eddie took on this project, and gave us a fair price from the start. He did an amazing job--from paint and trim to electrical and plumbing, every aspect of the house. I've referred them to several of my clients. Eddie has saved us money and done some of the best quality work for the money I've seen. He was very transparent on material costs, and labor costs and our communication for staying on budget was really important. They worked with our schedule, Eddie accommodated us as we worked in the space. He was professional all the way around.
