Reviews
Write a ReviewJosh was an amazing electrician who promptly showed up to provide an estimate in the morning and had the project done by lunch time. Clean work, fair prices, and friendly customer service!
Great people...showed up on time, when they said they were going to. Had to order a part but did not charge an additional house call fee. Friendly, fast, efficient. Will use again. Thanks Legacy!
lil pricey on switch
Curen was amazing. He provided suggestions and resolutions on the spot to best install my recessed lighting in my kitchen. Jennifer was amazing too she gave me estallar customer service and made sure my needs were met.
Quick response, scheduling and installation. Very easy to work with. Quality work for the money. Thanks Legacy.
Good service. Slow communication and call back to finish the job.
Price on the phone to install 2 outlets was $165 to $180. Appointment time was from 1 to 5pm. Technician arrived around 5pm and began working on a cost estimate. When I explained the estimate I had, he said it was too low and he would have to call his manager. The manager then spoke to the owner, and after about 45 minutes, I was told it was too late for that day and it would be the next morning at 8am; they would however honor the $180 phone price. I called the installer around 8:30am next morning and was told it would be later in the morning because he had been sent to handle an emergency elsewhere. The only redeeming part of this was; the installer was pleasant and did a good job. NOTE: the final time for the installation was only slightly longer than the time on the phone with the manager and owner the previous evening quibbling over the price they had already committed. All-in-all..... pretty unprofessional, with no consideration for putting their customer **Last** in the experience.
The electrician did a good job and was honest. I was annoyed because I had scheduled the work to be done. After the electrician looked at the work, he told me he couldn t do the work that day because he was scheduled for another job. It was not his fault but I told him I was annoyed because I had taken the day off from work. I did not request an estimate. I wanted the work done that day. After I told him this, he talked with the office and completed the job yay day. I ended up happy.
Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone and will have them doing more work for me in the near future.
I do not know the answer to the last two questions. I never received a receipt with the amount charged.
