I waited to make a review on this Pro, because I was very upset after the last visit. The owner and the tech were very friendly but, it was a struggle from the start. I had just moved into a new home, and there were issues with the irrigation system. I am a pretty detail oriented person, so I explained to the tech exactly what my concerns were. I wanted the entire drip system checked out, the control valve replaced and a system check for leaks etc. The tech was very rushed on every visit (3), which I think contributed to missing several items. The control valve was not replaced, but a low level part swap was done. The system was not run and monitored to establish any issues, I found those out on my own. As each leak was found it was the same situation, dig up line, fix leak, run briefly if at all, and leave. The largest leak was with a 15 section of line that runs under the drive. It was dug up and a new line was pulled through. I soon found I had no flow to the other side of the yard, I dug up the new line myself and found that the line had been twisted/kinked, either as it was pulled through or while the coupler was installed. Something that would have been found if it was tested before burying it again. So in short I spent over $250.00 for something I wound up doing myself. I am not a lazy person, but when I contract someone to do a job it is because I lack the time to do it myself, or lack the experience to do it. It sucks to put your trust and money in someone, then have to do it yourself in the end.
Response by Living Water Irrigation, LLC: Hi Jim, first I would like to personally thank you for the opportunity to earn your business and greatly apologize for your experience with my company. We strive to provide the highest level experience possible to each and every one of our customers. During the months of March and April we were inundated with 20-30 calls a day to provide services all throughout the Southwest, West and North Valley. We did our absolute best to keep up with demand and in the midst of that, unfortunately, fell short on several occasions. (Hence the rushed service tech and trying to "squeeze" as many appointments in as we could) My Techs and I take a tremendous amount of pride in our workmanship and customer service. I spoke with my Tech and verified some of the items you mentioned. You mentioned that a "low level part" was used and that is incorrect Mr. M. [Consumer name withheld at their request]. We have over 30 years of combined experience on our team and have done our research and ONLY use the highest quality parts that I will put my name behind. We have been established for close to 7 years now and this is the first rating we have received under a 4 star rating on multiple platforms we are on. I do completely understand your frustration with the service you received from us but wish you would have called me personally to discuss and allow me the opportunity to make it right before posting a 1 star review by either coming out to your property myself or issuing you a full refund, which either one or both I would have been willing to do. You definitely can expect a full refund as we never want to walk away knowing that a customer of ours feels like they payed for services they didn't get or weren't satisfied with. They were outstanding about explaining my options, what they would do and what I needed to do to prepare for them. Their estimate was detailed and there were no surprises. They even were very flexible with some last minute scheduling changes. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them.
