Never finished the job. The deck was never screwed in. I was told to wait until September after the heat. He never came. His helper cut jagged boards which he said he would repair but never did. I am very disappointed.

The worst Contractor, Iâ ve ever encountered in my life. He came to us in March, and by September and even now itâ s not finished .we parted ways only a couple of weeks ago. This guy made up more excuses to why he couldnâ t come here that would make a five-year-old proud .the work has been beneath subpar. Way way way beneath. In text to me he admits it. And that heâ ll make things right. But of course he did not. Honestly you have to see it to believe it. We got so screwed by this guy . If iI could post pictures here Iâ m going to. Iâ m going to other sites to see what reviews and pictures I could post. I canâ t be the first one this is happened to with this man . Weâ ll see if I can get my money back in litigation thatâ s my next step. The pictures ii took and the chain of text leaves him with out a leg to stand on. so utterly completely, and totally ripped off. other contractors say will be lucky to be standing in a year and a half . And if you saw the way, the railings wiggle and the floorboards are all messed up and the trim looks like somebody cut it with a steak knife with holes all over the place and steps that wiggle and boards coming apart. Honestly, you just have to see it to believe it. certainly I canâ t be the first person. This is happens with this guy. I really want all my money back . The beautiful thing in his flurry of excuses he gave me when he told me he was sick, or traveling for a family emergency or this, or that in the endless stream of nonsense reviews were posted of him doing work at that very same time when he was supposed to be here .somethings not right with the situation . Weâ re still waiting for the permit he never got or applied for . Disgraceful.

Patrick did an amazing job on the rebuild of my 30 year old deck. The quality of his work and the use of quality materials has enhanced our outdoor space. Patrick as fair and honest pricing was appreciated as was the explanation given every step of the way. All of my questions were answered, and the work was done in a very timely manner. There were a few challenges, but he worked through them with ease. I will be using Patrick again for other projects., I highly recommend Logue Construction without reservation. .

Hired Patrick to do a project of mine for a small addition to my deck and move some stairs. He did exactly what I wanted at a fair price. And now I’m gonna bring him back for some other repairs I need done to my home.

They did a terrible job with the deck, it's all cracked, it looks like a kid did the job. I will not recommend him to anybody.

We hired Patrick to build a wrap-around deck on our house. He came over the same day as we inquired to measure and give us an exact quote, was flexible with our timing of the project and showed up on time to start and finish the project on time. He is a hard working man who truly listens to what the customer wants. Very friendly and attentive to requests. We highly recommend Patrick and will be calling him for other projects around our house.

We are thrilled to have found Patrick and plan to have him back for many more projects around the house! Patrick responded to my inquiry within minutes about having a small platform deck built outside our front entrance and came out the same morning to measure to give us an accurate quote which we found to be fair and reasonable for the job. He came over today and the entire deck was built within a couple of hours and it looks better than I ever could have imagined it! Patrick is extremely friendly and personable and he truly cares about his customers and what they want. He made the entire process so easy for us (we did not have to do a thing!) and we will be recommending him to everyone we know! we already have 2 other jobs lined up for him!
