I had just barely moved into my house and wanted all four main rooms painted, plus a bath and 2 hallways, before I moved in completely. I DID get a lower bid from a sole proprietor, but I felt the job would get done more quickly with Los Juanes and it was. The 2 man crew showed up on time on monday, worked every day, including LOTS of prep on a vaulted ceiling and several tricky bull-noses, and finished on time on friday. I had to leave the house for a day for them to do my bedroom and felt that my possessions and security were in good hands. Carlos, the owner/ crew boss is a very high energy negotiator and manager. He came for a couple hours before anything was agreed upon, a real plus in my book. Both he and I separately did dozens of color sample patchs, which really helped me be confidant BEFORE the job started. We consulted during and after the job for at least another couple of hours. I was also hearing from him, or able to reach him within an hour, by phone or text mostly. Things never bogged down. If you want to spend twice as much for an interior designer, Santa Fe has several. If you want to spend half as much for a handyman type, any town has that. But if you want to spend pretty good money for a great crew that get's it done, call Carlos.

This outfit is bar none, one of the best companies doing this kind of work I have worked with since moving to my new home. They are great to work with, do excellent work, honest best prices. I spent over 50 years in construction and it's very refreshing to find a contractor that meets my expectations. My bar is set pretty high! Carlos is now my Go-To guy for all my remodel and new construction projects.

Carlos and his crew were great. They painted the interior of my house very quickly and thoroughly, did a great job patching up holes and even tore down a wall in my garage and hauled off the debris! I totally recommend these guys for all sorts of projects.

Carlos was great to work with. I turned him loose painting interior of whole house and installing lots of tile while i returned to Alaska. When i got back, work all done beautifully and very professionally with great prices and house was spotless. Next project-all new flagstone patios. Los Juanes LLC is a multi-faceted company,very good at all they do, great crew, excellant work and fun to be around. Honesty their top priority. I totally recommend Carlos and his guys.
