I hired him in January 2018. Four yes four open contracts remain to be completed! He refused to complete any contract and constantly bullied me for more money, saying he had completed what he hadn't. He's now abandoned the work. DPOR's licensing requirements show he violated 8 concerning the contract and 7 of rules. Refused to honor warranty. Would not recommend.

never bullied for money and I finished 3 contracts plus trimmed out ceilings and floor baseboards plus done a ton of tile work which I furnished thinset and grout plu tile backer board all at my exspense I could not get her to talk to me for 2 months so I finished jobs on my contracts to 85 percent then I walked away when I left I left 6000.00 dollars on contract plus had around 3500.00 dollars that I put out of my own pocket for labor and materials which I never received either that's 9500.00 I was out of because she refused to talk to me before I walked off plus when I talked to them about what I had spent I was called a liar I was cussed and told they had toget off phone before they go the f hell off on me so I did what was best and walked away I can prove everything im saying hate it came to this it really broke my heart lookout railroad

Steve Lucas and his team did a fantastic job on my decks! Always did everything he said he would do, was always on time, if not early. Mr. Lucas is very Personable and friendly as his team follows his lead. I would highly recommend Lucas Construction to complete any job you may have. I will certainly go back to him for other things I may need done. Thanks Steve

Steve and his men did a great job building our deck. Replaced windows and frame them. Super job. We have hire them to remodel old cabin now it's looking good.

The deck is beautiful and we love the way it looks. We specified that we wanted the best pressure treated lumber, but the quality of the lumber was disappointing. We rejected several pieces that had been installed and still have one piece of cedar railing that needs to be replaced. The workers all smoked and we were picking up cigarette butts for days.

I had a wooden deck rebuilt with trex composite decking. Steven and his crew did an excellent job reinforcing the deck and adding extra support as it was inadequate when initially installed ten years ago. We now have a very beautiful and maintenance free deck. We have had several parties and multiple grand children on the deck and have found no signs of weakness like we had before the rebuild. Thanks so much for your hard work and attention to detail.
