Mike and Ross stayed with me the whole way through. If you're not into paper work and insurance in and outs, these are your guys! The first two companies I called told me to make an insurance claim then call them for the work. Mike stayed with me through the entire process, even coming to the house to meet the claims adjuster. As each contractor came to work on my house one of the guys from Lumen accompanied them, making sure all work was to my satisfaction.
