Bill came prepared with an orderly and professional presentation. Communication before and during the work was excellent. Mike was considerate of our house by covering the floors and cleaning up after each days work. His work was flawless. He was personable, approachable and helpful. Love the finished project.

The plumbing work that is described in the Advocate Bath proposal failed the inspection by the City of Naperville plumbing inspector. Advocate Bath and the sub-contractor M.A.W.Contractors, Inc. failed to use the correct pipe diameter, for the primary water supply lines, reducing the water pressure throughout my home. Since both companies did not have an Illinois Department of Public Health plumbing licenses, I hired an IDPH licensed plumber ((Marquise Plumbing). On 31 OCT 2018, a joint meeting with the Naperville Building Department plumbing inspector and Marquise Plumbing took place, and a Correction Notice was issued listing the items that did not comply with the local building code. The water lines installed by Advocate Bath had to be removed and replaced to meet the local building code because they did not perform the necessary calculations to determine the correct diameter of the primary supply lines for my home. Also, all of the drain lines were improperly installed and assembled and had to be removed and reinstalled to meet the local building code.

The owner came and gave us a no pressure estimate. He provided us with valuable options and insights. The quality of materials and workmanship was superior. This company provided a competitive bid and there were no surprises. The installers were very experienced and professional. This company takes pride of ownership.

Friendly, professional and timely. It was great to find someone who could do everything I needed done without using multiple contractors. I added on to the project after starting it and that was not a problem. I am very pleased with the excellent work done and will definitely recommend Advocate Bath and plan to use them in the future.

Wrong shower head was installed and was supposed to be replaced yesterday. Haven't seen it yet and no phone call with updates.

    Response from Company:

Customer was confused about shower head delivery date. Owner personally dropped it off and all is happy
