I spoke with Jackie a couple of days before and we agreed on a 7am appointment but the team, which included Jackie, Maria, and Giovanni, did not arrive until 8:05am. The services and price agreed upon were $150 for all windows to be cleaned and and additional $150 for a deep cleaning, bringing the total to $300. I remained in the house the whole time the services were performed. The service was unsatisfactory for the following reasons: - The team was over an hour late - A glass was broken in the kitchen - During the consultation I asked that floor be cleaned underneath all furniture, but this was not done under the couch or the buffet cabinet - The window cleaning was only half done, as Giovanni did not remove the screens to clean one half of each of the windows. It was expressed that they did not want to remove the screens in fear of damaging something, so I removed them myself. The team left around 1:30pm and the screen framing themselves were not cleaned even though I brought this up to Maria. Also, there were two windows that were not completely clean, even though I had removed the screens myself. After the team left, I ended up cleaning the frames of each screen myself and reinstalling them into the windows. - The baseboards were not cleaned even though I brought this up to Maria. She only cleaned the ones I physically pointed to. - There were still cobwebs in some corners of the ceiling. - The shower in the master bedroom was not fully cleaned because Maria said she didn't have the right products. I tried to call Jackie multiple times before Giovanni and Maria left in order to relay all that had happened and to agree on a fair price but there was no answer. As a result, I felt the right thing to do was to go ahead and pay the $300 that was previously agreed upon because paying less without speaking to customer service would have been dishonest.
