Great design and work. Progress was slow towards the end causing the project to run long. The sup's were attentive and worked to ensure we were satisfied.

Worst experience of my life! MC Mojave stole $20,000 from us! They went out of business and left us with NO kitchen after 6 weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHUCK OR JAMES! They’ll take your money and run.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire Mojave construction. In October, 2017, we retained them to do a full home remodel, including moving two walls. We were promised a three month turn around. It took six months which would have been acceptable assuming the job ran smoothly. It did not!! It turned into a nightmare that came close to taking the starch out of both my husband and myself ! There is zero management at Majove!! This is how the onsite scenario plays out day after day. The site manager listens to and agrees to do everything. He smiles and says yes. It never gets done. I have nearly 100 pictures and documented scenarios like this (hard to believe, I know ). In the beginning we would ask again and remind. Nothing gets done or it gets done incorrectly. Finally it escalates up to Chuck, the owner boss. He comes onsite and yells and screams at all his employees and day labor. It still doesn't get done. Then he yells and screams at us - his clients - telling us none of the issues are his fault - he can't get any good employees, etc . We learned to stand our ground. He loses his temper. The next day a gorgeous orchid plant with apology for his behavior shows up at our doorstep. But the behavior repeats way too often! We started making lists and demanding weekly meeting. The owner proudly tells us he doesn't read email or text. It's mostly true, except when he wants money! He doesn't bring the lists or notes to meetings. The onsite manager never brings any of the documentation. The house sits for several days at a time with nothing happening. The company lives hand to mouth we suspect ! It became obvious that the three to five days downtime is after an installment payment -we believe the contractor needed the cash flow to buy supplies for next phase. We started printing out copies for every single person on the job site each week for these meetings. Blue taping was a nightmare - someone goes around and takes the take off. I finally started carrying a roll of tape around my wrist and sitting at the job site The ethics of this company are from hell! The contract was clearly written that a $30K payment was due when kitchen was completely finished. Mojave folks badly scratched the shrouds of the fan over the cooktop. The shrouds had to be reordered. Fergusons was wonderful in making this happen as quickly as possible We shook hands with the Majove owner that we would do a partial $15K payment and pay the balance the minute the shroud was replaced. The replacement shroud was still on order when he began begging for the final $15 K payment. He wouldn't reorder the shroud from the manufacturer. He did offer to take requisite specifications to a metal shop and have them built which was unacceptable to us. Mohave does not even deserve to have a contractors license - Nevada General Contractor License Number 0025771A The quality of the Majove workmanship is subpar. We have already spent over $6K fixing their work and unfulfilled promises. Our saving grace were the many subcontractors we ourselves engaged, all of whom were excellent including Custom Closet Systems, Granite Expo, California Closets, Faucets Galore, and Ferguson's Appliance. ... and we really would have been down for the count in this ordeal if it hadn't been for Bogey's Italian Restaurant - our home away from home!

It was a struggle in the beginning. What could go wrong with this project did go wrong. However, James was there through the whole process to make it right. In the end my bathroom tuned out great!!

Hired Mojave Construction for a bathroom remodel. Four days prior to starting the job we had to put up with a two month initial delay, due to one of their job superintendents assigned to us failing to obtain the necessary materials to start construction. We actually went through six (6) of their job superintendents, due to mistakes, incompetence and lack of supervision. I was told that most were either fired or quit. When the mistakes and shoddy workmanship were pointed out to the owner (Chuck) at our residence, he began raising his voice at me, and stated that he was not going to make any money on this job, because of all the mistakes in workmanship that had to be redone, that he witnessed. He made me feel that it was my fault that caused the shoddy workmanship. He then just walked out and told his employee to handle it. During a subsequent phone conversation, he stated that it was difficult for him to find good workers. So, I am assuming, that he sends whoever he can find to complete a job. I guess it is the "luck of the draw," in regards to who handles one of his remodels. About 60-75% of the work completed had to be redone, which made a two-three week job extend into at least a six week job, leaving our house in disarray for an extended period. I tried to ascertain if the workers that did the plumbing and electrical work were even licensed. I could not verify this with the owner. They offer a one year warranty on their workmanship. A few weeks after the project was completed, I respectfully contacted the owner (Chuck) about some issues concerning the warranty, and previous and newly discovered problems. He again began raising his voice at me over the phone and called me a liar and made other derogatory remarks towards me. I informed him that all we ever wanted was the job to be done right. Thus far he refuses to address these problems and adhere to the warranty. The initial greeting letter that I received from Mojave advertised that they pride themselves in Responsive ,Competent and Excellent service. REALLY? I have never dealt with any company that treats its clients with such disrespect and disdain, which emanates from its owner. Some of the other reviews that I have read sound almost identical. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

MC Mojave is a very professional. Their customer service is second to none. James the superintendent, kept us updated and informed every step of the way. If I called the office Ruby was also very helpful. We had our kitchen remodeled. It is beautiful. We also met the owner Chuck he is very professional. I feel as a native of Las Vegas I am qualified to give this review. Thank You MC Mojave! I would highly recommend this company to any and all people needing remodel their home.

The work was done by the date promised. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns. There were a few minor concerns that were addressed immediately. I would definitely hire them again.

They are very disorganized once you hire them. They don't always use quality subcontractors. The first Plummer was not licensed, and his work had to be re done. The project was delayed several times due to poor communication, and mistakes. The people are very nice, but much of work is sub contracted, and not necessarily good quality. The project took entirely too long to complete.
