They provided prompt service from their first response to the actual repair. They stayed in touch telling me the status of the part delivery. Stephen called both visits to say he was on his way. He was very thorough and cleaned the area where he worked. An excellent company.

This guy came out just to direct me to a professional that would be able to clean my air ducts, I was told a specific service fee which was $69 however he charged me $120.00 to be referred. I am not happy about this at all, this was my friend.
Response by METRU Appliance Repair, LLC: I apologize for your confusion. Just to clarify, you were told over the phone that the $69 is a "trip charge" not a labor rate and that the trip charge was incorporated into the labor not in addition to. The labor rate is commonly referred to as a "customer Instruct" charge. All reputable professional companies have this. Also you were told the labor had a 90 day warranty, since you had no idea your vent was restricted and posed the risk of a fire or damage to your dryer. This is another common feature among service professionals. In case you do not get the vent cleaned and it causes damage to your dryer.
