Michael was willing to give a quote over the phone. He installed a 50 gal. water heater in my rental unit. He was on time, did the installation & changed out a line & valve in a short time & hauled away the old heater. Was careful with tenant s property around the heater . I was very satisfied.

Michael texted me about a half an hour before he arrived letting me know he was on his way to replace my leaking water heater. He brought his son to help seeing as the unit was in a upstairs loft attic. Other plumbers had quoted me a price to remove and replace that was $1000 over the price Mike quoted me. Mike and his son We re very friendly and came in my home and put booty coverings on their feet before entry, and we re very careful about keeping everything neat and clean throughout the whole process. They got right to work and had the unit removed and replaced in about an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone and I will use him in the future for any plumbing needs that I have.
