They repaired some poor construction work on my deck and built a new set of stairs to fit a new patio. They came out right away and finished the job within two days even though they had to find the time between rain storms.

M&M came right away to give us an estimate. They came back for us to sign a contract and give a deposit and took the time to answer questions I had (since my husband was the one home when they came to give an estimate). We were unsure if our entire porch needed be replaced or only our stairs needed to be repaired. He recommended repairing the stairs, replacing some of the broken columns and painting/ staining the old porch to match the new stairs. He had to delay a couple of times by one day since he had another job to complete and another day it was raining, but he made sure to call and let us know each time. After that, they got the project done within a couple of days. The finished project looks amazing and I was really pleased that the whole job was finished within a couple of weeks of when I originally contacted them. My only complaint was that initially when he texted us that they were finished there were parts of the old railing, etc. that hadn't been newly painted, but when I pointed that out, they came right over to finish the job.

I was thrilled with the work that Maynor and his really nice crew did on my old decks. The decks seem even sturdier than when they were newly built and they look wonderful.
