Project: Install Drywall
This was a small job but they treated me as if it was important.

When a company fails to get a permit, its a very bad sign and usually not the first time. We hired MOG to redo our deck, stairs and railings. They turned a week long project into a month long ordeal for us. I paid for them to pull permits and asked that they give me copies. They began the demolition of the existing deck and began rebuilding. The crew started off trying to see what they could get away with. The workers asked us to leave our home open so the crew could go in and out of our home to use the bathroom..Answer: NO. Then we were asked if they could run an extension cord in the house for their microwave..Answer: NO. A few days into the building process, I asked for copies of the permits that they were supposed to have pulled. You guessed it. No permits had been pulled!! When they attempted to get the permits from the county, they found that the County has a 3 step process and that they needed to cease all work until the county completed their process. After that process, the rain and snow, the company returned to work. Our home has a gate and we weren't home. We had given the company a temporary code when they began working and advised them that the code would expire, but they could call us or their office and a new code would be provided. Instead of calling anyone, MOG's workers dismantled the hydraulic arms and forced the gate open, breaking the gate and setting off the gate alarm. I called the office and a project manager was sent out. The project manager told me he would be out in 30 minutes. After and hour and a half he called and lied to me about having gone to the house and the condition of the gate. He had no idea that we had camera's all over the property and that I knew he had not been there at all, that the hydraulic arms were still off the gate and the alarm was still going off. When he did show up, he began messing with the panel box. I called him and told him to leave it alone and I would have our gate guy come and fix the gate. He said okay, but continued to mess with the panel control box. Finally another call to the MOG office got him to stop. There was a sink on the deck that we had them remove. They removed it but didn't cap the pipe. I could go on and on. Promises were made that were not kept. This experience was a nightmare. This company should have given us a discount after what we went thru with them. Victor offered a 2 year warranty as if we would ever let them on our property again. If you are thinking about using this company, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I have used this company 2 times, and another project is scheduled. The second project I did in my kitchen required changes and creativity. I found that the company worked hard to meet my needs and I would recommend them.

We had three contractors come to our home and give us estimates, Victor had his proposal emailed to us with in 24 hours. He explained how the project would go. His workers showed up on time daily and were very professional. He or his office called daily. He came many times to see how it was going. We were so impressed that we had them open an archway from our dinning room to our living room while completing the bathroom. we were totally pleased with the company from the beginning till the end of the project and would recommend them to anyone.

Although the team did not initially perform the work as expected Victor was accommodating and quick to remedy the situation. The end product was very good and happy with the work done. My advice to anyone hiring is to have the the person in charge on site as needed to make sure you get what you want. These guys were great, on time, hard working and did what was asked despite some unforeseen challenges. Thanks

MOG gave expert advice and recommendation regarding a deck code issue and siding replacement/paint project on my home. Beginning with the proposal to the completion of the work, Victor Aponte was in constant communication to ensure an efficient schedule with skilled workmen that ended on time and most important on budget.

Victor and his team were excellent! I did a complete master bathroom remodel and changed the layout to have a larger shower. Victor was quick to answer any of my questions I had along the way. I love everything about my new bathroom and would hire them again.
