My roof replacement was an insurance claim. The owner personally made this first experience as painless as I think it could have been. Not only did he come to our home when the insurance adjuster was originally there to ensure the adjuster saw the damage he needed to and gave us a fair estimate, he practically completed every required step in the claim process, including, but not limited to, negotiating work/cost, providing required documentation, corresponding with the adjuster, and ensuring the adjuster got everything he needed in a timely fashion. The owner checked on progress and ensured our satisfaction. The roofers were courteous and professional and kept our homesite clean, which was important with 3 little kids and 2 dogs running around outside with the potential for roofing nails to be everywhere. They weren't. They kept the worksite picked up at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Faver Roofing.

The owner of this company was very professional and had great customer service skills. The morning his crew showed up to start the job, neighbors said they were so quiet and considerate, they were impressed. When the job was done, you could not tell that they had replaced the roof. Everything was left clean and all materials were picked up! :)
