MSN Sewer & Drain, LLC

On yesterday, Friday, March 14, 2025, I went online to ANGI to seek out a professional service to clear out our Trap and Septic System. I was given 3 recommendations and within 2 minutes I received a call from MSN SEWER AND DRAIN LLC. The gentleman on the line introduced himself as Sam and began to have an engaging conversation, which was so professional . Sam, began to clearly explain what would be required to completely fix our issues. HIS brother, Matt immediately came to our house. as I was in my office in Manhattan so my mom met and let Matt onto our property and home. Matt took photos of the issues and sent them to me. WE began to make plans for the work to begin to fix the issues at hand. On this morning, Saturday, March 15, Sam and Matt came to our house and began to move furniture, dryer, Washing machine and cleaning apparatuses to enter the wall and reach the septic pipelines to commence the highly skilled professional service, which was required to completely fix it

I recently encountered a stubborn clog in my bathroom shower and was unsure of how to tackle it. I decided to try a DIY approach using a plumbing snake from Home Depot and some Draino drain cleaner….huge mistake. Ironically instead of helping, it made it worse. It was then that I searched and found MSN. Their customer service was fantastic and they had one of their plumbers come out within an hour! Matthew quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue in simple terms, and set to work. Within an hour, the clog was completely cleared, and my drain was running smoothly again. I was impressed by how thorough he was, ensuring everything was functioning properly before leaving but what impressed me even more was that he left the work area spotless as if he was never there! I’m never using another company again!

I had an emergency backup in my main sewer trap. I called MSN and they came quick. The young man who came was very professional, knowledgeable, worked very organized, and got the job done. However, what I liked the most was that he cleaned everything up once he was done. He saved the day! I am highly satisfied with the job and service. I will continue to use this company for any plumbing issues I have. Highly recommend.
