Worst drywall job I have ever seen. Ross tried to get out of the work he agreed to everyday. When I asked him why he was not cutting back to a stud to screw the sheetrock in place he became extremely defensive and argued with me about it. Ross also used different thickness of sheetrock on my walls. When I asked him about it at first he denied it and then when I showed him he told me do not worry about it, it will look fine or tried to blame it on my house. There were gouges in my walls. He left massive gaps between pieces of sheetrock which are not able to be fixed. I told him I wanted my money back and he told me I will add up my hours and give you back the rest. Mind you, I had supplied all of the sheetrock which cannot be used now because it had to be removed. I had an actual drywaller come in and told me it was one of the worst jobs he has ever seen. Also, if you value any of your home furnishings such as couches or rugs do not hire this person. He spilled mud and sheetrock dust all over my rug and couch, most of the mud I cannot get out. He did not put any covers down which I found bizarre since he also paints. And on top of everything else he refused to close my front door. I have three dogs that he knew about from day one and on multiple occasions left my front door wide open letting out my heat and dogs. When I told him to stop doing that he would just respond with oh sorry. DO NOT HIRE ROSS HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BLAME YOU FOR HIS MISTAKES.

Ross was very professional and meticulous in both his work and the cleanup after the work was completed. His follow-up skills were excellent and his pricing was fair and equitable. I would highly recommend him!
