Very professional and great service

We were told we'd receive a generous rebate of $300 given the high efficiency furnace we chose, but only received a $50 rebate as our model rating was actually 0.5% less efficient than required for the $300 rebate. That is really our only issue; otherwise quality & service were solid.

They did a good job. They were on time and also did the job in less time that I expected. Did not try to oversell the product. Listened to what I wanted and delivered on that. Good Job!
