My experience with Magical Maintenance Services was phenomenal!! Beginning with the estimate by Ben to the total transformation of our home by the incredible exterior paint job that was so well done. Ben is very accommodating and communicated with us every day. He is very respectful to our home and to us. He took all the time necessary to answer our questions. He went above and beyond with top level service. He was especially helpful when I had a tough time choosing the color I wanted. He stepped right in and helped me find a color that is vibrant and beautiful. He is a good man with a great work ethic. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend Magical Maintenance Services for your painting needs. It's not just because of the great painting work. Ben did a variety of exterior repairs at our house including, scraping and painting, shutter repair and replacement, and window frame repair and window glazing. He kept me very informed of his schedule and plans, provided good information about the conditions and repair needs, and his prices were very fair. Will definitely use him again.

Ben repaired and painted two walls in our home after having some water damage from a broken pipe. He was on-time, clean and respectful of our home and detail oriented. He ensured the job was done right and to our satisfaction. We will definitely be working with Ben in the future on additional home painting projects. I highly recommend Ben to anyone look for professional interior painting.

Magical Maintenace did some power washing and painting at one of our rental properties. They did a great job, cleaned up after, and pricing was very competitive. We would use them again!
