Prompt service!
Mike was prompt, and kept in constant communication with me, regarding my appointment. He explained a simple test that I could run prior to his arrival, to further understand the problem. Work was done swiftly and affordably.
I Hired them to install a new water regulator and hot/cold faucets for the washer. The hot water faucet is crooked and the water regulator sticks out of the wall. the prior one did not. Was told the hoses were not sealing on the new faucets that I needed new ones. I was never given any prices for the work until it was completed, then I found out he charged me $195 to install two new hoses on the washer. When I called to complain they agreed to refund $90 of the $195 and just charge me for the parts and was told to one year warranty on the hoses would be voided. I took a refund and will never do business with this company again. I know the cost of the hoses and it is not $105. If I was told before he put the hoses on that it was going to be $195 I would have told him to not to proceed I could do it myself, it is not rocket science. I could have gone to Home Depot and gotten hoses for $20-$30 and done it myself. If you have money to burn this company is for you.
Jim was so friendly, professional . He explained everything and listened to my concerns and did a great job by fixing the problem.
I never received a paid invoice statement which they promised to send to me. I am still waiting for it. They did an excellent job, my inspection was approved by STL County.
Mr. Greenly was sent a paid credit card receipt and emailed a paid invoice as well, just found out he never received the paid invoice receipt will gladly send them another one.
Repairman was informative and professional.
Jim was knowledgable and explained every step of the way. He did a great job. Cleaned up nicely. Everything i needed done was accomplished.
