These were very inexperienced house cleaners and charged top dollar. The quality did not match the price. Not a good value for the money. I would not recommend this company for cleaning.

I use MaidServe on a regular basis to upkeep my home every 3 weeks. I find them to be responsible, excellent at following direction and keeping track of our problem areas around the house every time they are there. They are punctual and 99% of the time send the same crew to clean our home. I am very happy that I found them and appreciate them working for me.

I hired Maid Serve to do a deep cleaning of our rather large home before a small party for friends and family. We were a bit embarrased by the fact that our kitchen and guest bathroom was a bit dirty and we wanted it clean for our guests. We lost our regular maid a little while ago and our place suffered. To make a long story short, Ani the girl at the front desk was able to squeeze us in on a very short notice and dispatched a great crew. They were very nice and did exactly as we specified. I highly recommend their company and will use their service in the near future.

With such a busy and hectic schedule, I barely ever have time to clean my house. I finally made the decision to hire a house cleaning company after putting it off for so long. I' super picky so truthfully I was a little scared to have anyone else clean my home. After booking an appointment, the cleaning crew came by and did their thing!! My house is really, really clean .. I almost didn't recognize it! I have to say, I am really satisfied. I am even considering having a crew come by maybe once or twice a month. 5 star customer service and 5 star quality cleaning! Thanks guys :)

They were sloppy and we had to ask them to do things again. They moved everything around in the house and did not put it back in the correct place - even furniture. They cleaned wood floors with only water and I wiped up dirt after they left. The bathroom floors were still dirty as well. Furthermore not sure how you do a deep clean in 2.5 hours...I was expecting them to be there at least 4 hours. Would never hire them again.
