I highly recommend Anthony Beretta and his team at Make Ready NYC. Anthony was very responsive and easy to reach throughout the project. George supervised the work, Cesar expertly refinished the floors, Enrique did a flawless paint job, and Isaac handled the electrical fixtures. They refinished the floors, painted the apartment, and installed fixtures with great attention to detail. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful, keeping the workspace clean and completing everything on time and within budget. They also carry the proper insurance to satisfy NYC co-op and condo board requirements. I’m very happy with their work and would definitely hire Anthony and his team again.

Incredible service! I would recommend them anytime. Make Ready NYC made miracles with my apartment that needed to be painted in a rush (and it wasnâ t an easy job getting it from dark grey back to white!). We loved working with Make Ready NYC! Anthony and his team were the most responsive, efficient, clear and kind professionals we got quotes from for refinishing our floors and painting our apartment. Their quote was the most competitive and comprehensive. Anthony and George were also excellent for recommending products for us first-time home buyers. Start to finish they did everything they said they would. Cesar worked magic refinishing our old hardwood floors. And even though we had a slightly more involved painting process than normal, Enrique was patient and did a meticulous job, even working late to get it done on our timeline. We are very happy and would absolutely recommend Make Ready NYC to anyone looking to refinish floors and paint!

They were fast and high quality - not too expensive and did whatever they could to help us get our rental back on the market as quickly as possible.

Good value for the money but fairly poor communication during the project. We had strict deadlines for the project to get done while we were out of town and it was frustrating to have them come back a couple of times. Best price we could find though. If you?re flexible on timing, would definitely recommend
