They had to come out twice because it worked when he first left and went up the stairs 1 time and died again. He came back and said the new battery was bad and replaced it. So far, so good.

It has been terrible to do business with them. Absolute minimal communication. One of the worse experiences dealing with a contractor I have ever had.

They missed 2 appointments without contacting me prior to the appointment. I wasn't contacted until after they were late on both occasions to let me know they were not going to be able to make it. And the person I spoke to didn't even seem to care. I have no interest in hiring or doing business with them.

An absolute A plus experience. Installation, even of standard equipment must be adapted to the site and requires extensive knowledge by company personnel. This Company has elevator, building code, user use, safety and all other relevant experience and will frequently consult to make sure you will be perfectly satisfied
