Marty was prompt in giving me an estimate. Gave me a time when he could start and showed up promptly on that date. Did just what he said he would and was very careful to avoid damage to my turf with his BobCat. Job done expeditiously and to my satisfaction. After that he recommended another excellent tradesman to do some work for me.

I am extremely pleased with the high quality work that M and R Grading did for us. I got 4 sink holes filled in my back yard. I had grading done for proper water drainage. I also had them install crawl space window wells and put in diverter drains for each window well, then have a drain pipe take a 6 inch per 10 foot drop. M and R did all the work at a very reasonable price. They do the smaller jobs like this. It was tough with tight space but they over achieved all my expectations. Marty even plucked my bushes out with his machine and did not harm them so I could replant them after the grading was done. I am extremely pleased with how it all worked out. These are the people to get. Marty told me they also do big jobs too. They are the best and I really mean this.

M&R Grading did an amazing job grading/leveling our backyard! He truly exceeded our expectations with the quality of work and beat any price around. As an Active duty military for the past 18 years with a recent transfer to the area it has been extremely difficult to find a contractor that didn’t attempt to take advantage of us. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the grading, workmanship and finished product. This project will definitely raise the valve of my home. I just think he is really top notch. I am very happy with the results, and I love walking out on my back patio and now have a place to walk each day to see my beautiful yard. Marty is in a business that quite honestly scares the heck out of people to deal with. We at their mercy to do a adequate job, let alone high quality work. As an Active Duty soldier in the United States Army I felt M & R grading went way and beyond to take care of a soldier. He was outstanding, professional and a trustworthy contractor. I had several contractors visit the site (HEAVILY WOODED- clear 30' wide +install > 2000'x12' drive way+install 60'x42" culverts ) and felt M & R tops them all from a trust stand point.
