Marc-My Word Floor Cleaning Service

Summary: I used Marc?s service and definitely would not recommend. He did my floor on March 8-9. The floor is still sticky in some spots 8 weeks later on May 2. Details: I found Marc on Angie?s List in Jan 2025. Checked his reviews. were good. But I was happy with how floor looked immediately after it was done. Starting a week after the job, I?ve texted him 5 times to check out the problem. He confirmed 5 times and has never showed and doesn?t follow up at all. I called him and he said he ?oh sorry, I was at your building the other day and I meant to knock on your door.? Turns out he revealed to me that the property manager hired him to work in four other units. based on my satisfaction with how the job looked the day it was completed. I just notified the prop mgr. He said he was having the same issue with sticky floors that never dry. Marc was chasing new money from the property manager but completely disregarding the original customer who found him. Very confusing.

I needed to get my carpet cleaned because the previous tenant at my apartment had a pet and there was a strong urine smell everywhere. nothing i did could fix it, but now it looks and smells great! the cleaning was done super quick and he was very nice. i would absolutely get his help again if i need it. :)

Have wanted to get floors brightened up for four years. Glad I found a service. Floors are glossy, shiny and the natural beauty of the wood pops. Looks great. Marc can do an in-home estimate and let you know up front if there are additional charges for things like filling natural knotholes or defects in the wood or for moving furniture.

Great service. Got the job done the day after he quoted me. Came out with an official grew and made sure to get every corner. Excited to see the results tomorrow.
