Marlow's Plumbing were agressive in reaching me too which I considered a plus. The constant upselling to make the job worth while was a negative. Let it be known that the man knows his plumbing and executes with precision. The looking around to see what else he can do was a bit of annoyance but he has a good heart and I suspect that he wants to do right by you as his customer.
