Wayne is very down to earth, easy to communicate with and respects the work and balance of 9-5. He also added new tile in our mudroom, basement, and installed a sink in our basement bathroom. New shelving, lighting and ceiling paint too.

I don’t know if words can express how positive our experience with Marquis Remodeling was... We had very negative experiences with contractors in the past, so I was nervous bringing another contractor/crew into our home. It’s wild how comfortable we became with this team. Wayne, Brad, Paige, and Ryan were so courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient – while still being meticulous in their work. They kept our needs, style, and budget in mind and maintained communication to ensure the result would match our expectations (it exceeded it). I received 6 quotes from different contractors for these jobs so I can confidently say that the cost was very reasonable. They didn’t suggest unreasonable changes just to charge more – they worked in a cost-effective way for their client. Not to mention, our dogs loved them. We have one dog who gets very scared with loud noises and the team made sure to warn us when loud noises were coming so we could make him comfortable. They did our full bathroom reno and new kitchen countertops, backsplash, and sink. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have used Wayne as my sole contractor since January 2020. We kept him busy all through Covid and he did a great job. He’s gotten so popular that it’s hard to get a hold of him to come and do more work! That’s the only downside I have seen. I highly recommend Wayne.

We used Marquis Remodeling for our basement remodel in October 2023. Wayne was the best contractor to work with. Extremely accommodating and most important was highly responsive throughout the remodel process from start to finish. I was expecting the process to be difficult and challenging but Wayne was there step by step and executed our vision impeccably! We worked with a few members of his crew and were very impressed with their craftsmanship and punctuality. (Special shoutout to Brad and Paige that showed up on time each day, did great work and we miss seeing them. Two amazing, talented individuals that we really enjoyed being around throughout the process) I would not hesitate hiring Wayne and his crew for future projects. In fact, I will be using him to install additional cabinets and built-ins in the basement.

What can I say, this guy does excellent work. His team was respectful cleaned up their messes. Wayne Communicated properly AND he wasn’t happy until I was 100% happy with the work. Great price. I already contracted him to do more work before he even finished my bathroom. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
