He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job he was doing got it done quickly and took out all the bad stuff instead of us dealing with it. My husband liked him and he didn't have too do this job he works hard a needed a break. My only complaint was a little pricey .Yes I would recommend them.

Project: Repair an Oil Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
Responsive, communicative and considerate. They took their time explaining everything. It was like Plumbing 101 and made us feel part of the process and that it was important we understand. We had burst pipes throughout the house and a failed boiler. They responded to our emergency and got us up and running so we could begin heating the house ASAP and then worked with us on a more strategic solution. They are neat, clean up after themselves and wear disposable booties over their shoes so they don’t dirty or scuff up your floors. They had me at booties.

Very quick to respond on a Sunday but they were unable to fix the clogged drain problem. They were honest in telling me that they would charge me $450 whether they fix the problem or not and I told them to go a head with the work. Unfortunately they were not successful. What is disconcerning is that they were supposed to follow up with me on an action Plan to fix the problem as We can't use any water or even flush a toilet in her entire house!! They were also supposed to give me an estimate on some HVAC work. . They took pictures , wrote down model numbers etc. Two week later still no phone call, no emails , ZERO follow up.
