911 Cold Air has all the ingredients to be selected above others, its technicians are highly trained, the equipment and tools they use are of the highest quality, the treatment is respectful and friendly. The interaction with the owner Lazaro Rodriguez is excellent, characterized by honesty and punctuality, always available to answer any technical question through friendly and respectful communication Due to the construction of my house it was difficult to install the Air Handler, but all the team joined and brought additional tools and were able to do a perfect job in the promised time

They don't give you warranty for the service never called me back to proceed with a claim Over the repair Overpriced for a very plain work
Response by 911 Cold Air, Inc.: This is what i get for trying to help you. - The technician that went to your house only charged $40 service fee for adjusting the agitator in your washer, something simple thats why you only paid $40 - 2nd when did you call me back?? Because i did not received any phone call from you.. 3rd what is overprice??? $40??? If you want something for $20 go find somebody else...

Lazaro Rodriguez was Efficient, honest and knowledgeable. The cost to having my washer fixed was very inexpensive and I was able to save the trouble and money on going out and buying a new one. THANKS!!!
