I am the previous disgruntled customer with the hot tub repair and would like to give a follow-up about my experience. Gary did come to our home and repaired our tub to perfection. I discussed with him my negative review and he was very understanding and completed the job beautifully. I want to let potential customers know that although we started out on a bad note, Gary is very knowledgeable about hot tubs and was capable of repairing our old hot tub that was difficult to find parts, I would use him again for future projects.

I am so happy with the customer service and service that Lynn and Gary provided me with. My hot ub is up and running after a year not being able to use it due to other companies ripping me off. Gary found the problems, order the parts and fixed our hot tub. If you are looking for good honest service an outstanding customer services give AAA Home Services Group a call!

The company was professional. They came when they said and fixed my tub to my satisfaction! The charge by the hour and they charged for one hour! I was happy so the next time I had a problem, I called them and they came and fixed that as well. I will use them from now on!

Gary was able to diagnose the problem. The parts I needed came in and were installed. The over all time it took to complete the repair was 10 days from the first contact with AAA to parts installation. The Spa is up and running again. I was not able to be present during the entire process but they were able to complete the repair and kept me informed of the job status the entire time. They let me know what parts were needed, how long it would take for them to arrive, and when repairs would be completed once they did arrive.

Hot Tub has been overhauled and working great now. Gary was great! If I have any further problems with the hot tub in the future he will be who I call.
