Customer Service and the workmen were very friendly and knowledgeable. Although my hot tub was not worth service or repair, it was a bit expensive to remove it, not to mention the upfront diagnostic fee. Since the room was built around the unit, it had to be chopped up (destroyed) and hauled away; a job that's kind of specific. It's certainly not the fault of Maryland Hot Tub that the room was built around an old, outdated hot tub. The workmen were quick, efficient and cleaned up after. I will more than likely contact them when I'm in the market for a new hot tub.

I was a little surprised that they billed my credit card before they even arrived. And then they did postpone 1 day. (But this was right around Holidays, and they did let me know ahead of time.) Once here, things went VERY well.
