Only issue I had was that they were supposed to call before coming and they did not. All of a sudden I had 2 strange men walking through my back yard. They did not have uniforms or any indentifying name tags or anything. Once introductions were made, they got right to work and stayed until the job was done. Very satisfied with the work.

Have yet to receive a written brake down for the work which was performed and the repairs are still not complete. Having a hard time getting him to return phone calls after leaving messages.

Gary was great - responsive, up-front, did what he said he would, when he said he would do it, and then did more than that. Such a pleasant experience to have after several frustrating ones with other companies. No need to go anywhere else.

Gary called right away and set up service quickly. The tech came when scheduled and did a great job. He cleaned up everything before leaving (the hot tub is inside the house) and did not try to sell additional services, etc. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
